Multiple OUI offender arrested again in Yarmouth
YARMOUTH, Mass. -- A multiple OUI offender was arrested again Saturday night after the boat he was driving intruded into the special Firework Display Area Security Zone in the Lewis Bay area of West Yarmouth.
The suspect had already had his Massachusetts operators license revoked for life after he had at least seven prior arrests for Operating under the Influence and five convictions.
Officers of the Yarmouth Division of Natural Resources originally stopped the suspects' boat and said that the suspect showed several signs of intoxication and impairment.
The suspect is scheduled for arraignment at Barnstable District Court Monday.
His boat was seized.
