PLYMOUTH, Mass. -- One person was killed in a car accident in Plymouth Thursday night.

The car hit a tree on Rocky Pond Road, killing a 23-year-old passenger.

The driver of the car, 23-year-old Ryan Corbett of Plymouth, was sent to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police said Corbett was charged with OUI, vehicular homicide, and other minor charges.

Officers said alcohol and speed were factors in the accident.
