BELLINGHAM, Mass. -- Bellingham police discovered a variety of weapons, drugs and alcohol inside one man's car after an alleged road rage incident.

Reports say Dennis Hogan, 51, flashed a double-edge knife at a driver who honked the horn at him on North Main Street Tuesday.

"I hit the horn a couple times and he looked up in the rear-view mirror and saw me," said the victim, who did not want to be identified. "He waved it in the rear-view mirror twirling it like 'this is for you.' I could tell it was a switch-blade type knife."

Tipped off by the driver of the other car, police responded and pulled Hogan over.

Inside the car they found a loaded Glock gun, the double-edge knife identified by the victim, a second hand gun, a stun gun, a large box of ammunition, three other knifes, two bags of marijuana, a half-empty can of beer and hard liquor.

Hogan was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, two counts of possession of a large-capacity firearm, possession of an electric stun gun, use of a motor vehicle in a felony, four counts of carrying a dangerous weapon, possession of an open container of alcohol while driving, carrying a firearm without a license and possession of marijuana.

Police also searched the home of Hogan's mother, where he lives, but did not find anything.

Hogan was arraigned in Milford District Court Thursday morning.

The victim remains stunned by the incident.

"He came out and he could have shot me," he said. "Obviously the guns were loaded and he could have come out blazing."
